Personal Statement from Harlina: “Coaching, for me, is an opportunity to teach not only volleyball but also life skills and lessons that can be used both on and off the court. I am highly competitive and intent on cultivating success in my team, but always with a balance of health and happiness. The ultimate success is ending up with positive experiences which not only allow but encourage the players to develop and grow as athletes as well as human beings.”
