“Your work is to discover your world, and then with all your heart, give yourself to it.”
Personal statement from Sierra: “My hope as a coach is to cultivate an environment in which players not only develop their skills and knowledge of the game, but also thrive as members of a team and grow to love the sport. I aim to instill in my players the importance of teamwork, self-discipline, focus, and drive, and help them take the skills they learn in the gym and use them to find success in life. Volleyball has brought so much joy to my life for so long, and ultimately, my goal as a coach is to help my players find that same joy as well.”
