To register for a Club Cruz program, you will complete the process on the next screens in several steps:
- The first step in the process is to register yourself as the guardian of the participant(s).
- Then you will register the participant(s) and their ages.
- Once completed, you will then be presented with the program(s) available for the participant’s age group.
- Finally, you will pay for the program and confirm your order.
If you are ready to register, go ahead and go for it. If you are paying by credit card, you will need that information available to you. You will also need all of the details regarding the Participant(s).
Here are the steps below to show you what to expect.
When you click the Register Now button, you will be taken to the below screen. Fill out the information and select “Create Account!”.
Step 2: You will be presented with a choice – Parents/Guardians choose the left. If you are a participant filling out your own registration, choose the right.
Step 3: Fill out information about the Participant (Player). If you are registering more than one Participant, you will see a green button on the bottom left that will allow you to add more Participants.
Step 4: Select the program(s) for the Participant(s)
Step 5: Review the selected programs
Step 6: Select a payment plan option if available for the programs you selected
Step 7: Choose a method of payment – Credit Card shown here
Step 8: Review your order details
Step 9: Submit your Order:
